Kathy Paige Gullo, MA, LPCC

With over 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist, Kathy Paige Gullo, MA, LPCC strives to create a safe and trusting environment to assist clients with understanding and utilizing their own spiritual, emotional, physical and relational resources to promote healing, growth and self-awareness. “I truly enjoy working with adults and families who have a desire to understand their mental health and are striving to find balanced, peaceful living.”  Respecting the courage it takes to engage in counseling, Kathy finds it a privilege to be of service to others. Using an integrated approach, Kathy draws from psychodynamic perspectives, mindfulness-based approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as trauma-informed treatment approaches including EMDR. Kathy’s areas of experience and special interest include anxiety and performance concerns, post-trauma challenges, depression/mood disorders, ADHD treatment, addictions, life transition difficulties, anger management difficulties, stepfamily dynamics, management consultation issues, as well as complex grief and loss. Kathy holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy from the Alfred Adler Institute and is licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor. Kathy is currently offering Telehealth counseling sessions.
