Dale Korogi

Drawing on decades of experience accompanying others, Dale Korogi is especially attentive to the cultural, relational, and spiritual dimensions of people’s lives. A Master’s-level counseling intern under the supervision of a licensed clinician, Dale’s work is grounded in person-centered therapy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and deep listening.

Dale works with adults experiencing anxiety or depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Many of Dale’s clients are exploring questions of meaning, identity, or vocation. Dale’s approach is attachment-informed and trauma-informed. In practice, this means he pays close attention to how past relationships shape the ways we relate to others today, and how painful or overwhelming experiences may still echo in your life. Dale strives to offer a compassionate, steady, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story and begin to move toward greater authenticity, resilience, and emotional integration. Dale aims to provide a safe and culturally responsive environment where you can explore what matters most and move toward a life that feels more whole and meaningful.

Dale is completing the master’s program in Counseling and Psychological Services at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and holds degrees in theology from the Gregorian University and Athenaeum of Saint Anselm in Rome, and the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul.
